I Wish It Worked Reliably

I’m not concerned with the UI change unlike so many seem to be. My issue with the app is about stability. I only listen to SiriusXM with Radium, and the stream stability is horrible at best. The streams (regardless of SiriusXM station) regularly drop out and take roughly 45 seconds to reconnect, and as of today (March 27, 2015), the streams also randomly skip ahead. I see on Twitter that others are experiencing similar dropouts with BBC Radio, so my take is that there is an issue with Radium. As a result, I can no longer reliably listen to SiriusXM in the office and I can no longer recommend Radium.

I have communicated with support, but I find support to be slow to respond leaving me with no resolution after days of waiting for a response.

Bottom line: look elsewhere for reliable streaming music.
